- Has foundation on appointment setting, customer service and client coordination
- Ability to follow instructions accurately because of strong comprehension of materials and procedures (whether in video or written formats)
- Capable of prioritization and managing deadlines
- At least 3 years of working experience as an administrative or support staff
- Graduate of any four-year Business-related course
- Proficient in the following:
- Basic Math + Algebra Skills
- Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Email management and scheduling
- Finance and accounting concepts
- Canva and basic presentation preparation (preferred)
Job Qualifications:
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
2. At least one (1) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Preferably 1-4 Years Experienced Employee specialized in IT/Computer Software or equivalent.
4. Self-starter with intrinsic motivation and good work ethics.

1. Writing codes to develop web and mobile solutions using the following open source and web technologies:
• Java Programming Language
• Spring Framework
• Hibernate ORM
• JUnit Testing
• MySQL, Oracle Database
• Mobile app with Flutter / React / Kotlin / Swift

Job Responsibilities:
• Serve as liaison between the clients, the development team, and the QA group during requirements gathering, application development and user testing phases.
• Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements.
• Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups.
• Document system procedures and guidelines for the users.
• Develop and evaluate workflow solution
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a business related course. Fresh graduate with above average scholastic records are also welcome to apply
• Familiar with software, web and mobile app development processes
• Above average communication skills: written, verbal, presentations
• Technical writing skills for information process documentation i.e. flow charts
• Understanding of systems engineering concepts
• Detail oriented in task definition, good time management and timely status reporting
Skills:
• Software development process; software design, documentation, testing, maintenance, software requirements, teamwork and general consulting skills
• Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis
• Teamwork and leadership skills
