Web Support Specialists


Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with clients on issues relating to content i.e. graphics, articles via email , phone or personal visits. 
2. Coordinates with the team to implement resolutions for client requests.

Requirements
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree on Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
Working experience in a call center is an advantage.
2. Knowledgeable in MS office and web applications. Ability to use photoshop is a plus.
Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written) and listening skills.
3. Good working knowledge of general office procedures and equipment (fax, photocopier, pbx, etc.)
4. Leadership and organizational skills.  Ability to do multi-tasking, and work effectively with minimum supervision, and in a team environment. 
With pleasant and friendly disposition and helping attitude.
5. Highly trainable with the potential to grow and carry additional responsibilities in the future, eventually moving into a supervisory position.
6. Full-Time position only available.
