MEET THE MANAGEMENT TEAM
Pepe Tan
Prior to forming Ivant Technologies and Business Solutions, Inc., Pepe used to work as a Java programmer in the top software houses based in the Philippines. He has more than 5 years of software programming experience where he gained solid experience in web-based applications and offshore outsourcing. He is a Sun Certified Java Programmer and also holds Microsoft MCSE and MCDBA certifications.
As Ivant’s Managing Director he has also acted as a consultant for several web initiatives and business applications like sales inventory system, service tracking system and medical transcription software. His business management acumen finds its root from his experience as a CEO of a furniture manufacturing firm from 1990 to 2000.
Business markets enjoy the benefits of efficiency and cost savings from his IT and management expertise. One of his clients, PC Corner was able to reap award credits for Best E-Commerce Site in the 5th Philippine Webby Awards 2003.
Pepe graduated Cum Laude from the University of the Philippines with a degree in a Bachelor of Science in Architecture.
Arlyn Tiong
Arlyn brings to Ivant her more than 6 years of management, marketing and sales experience in the financial services, food, retail, and distribution industries. Her background in Physical Therapy allowed her to practice in healthcare settings in New York, Georgia, and China.
As Ivant’s Sales and Marketing Manager, she continues to develop new markets and profitable partnerships. Her ability to think out of the box benefits the current clients in maximizing their websites as an alternative marketing channel and source of operational efficiency.
Arlyn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Santo Tomas and Masters in Business Administration from De La Salle University, Philippines.
Allan Reyes
Apart from being the Creative Partner of Ivant Technologies, Allan works as an independent web designer and creative consultant serving the Philippine, US, and Canada markets. His client list includes EstcoMedical, Bibby Line Group, Live to Learn Expo, ESL Explorer Publishing, SmilesCoffee, DigitalRoom, and Xsorbit.
Allan specializes in digital content design for print, web and multimedia. He is passionate about creating web design which valued accessibility and aesthetics. Armed with the knowledge on usability and web standards, businesses which acquired his creative services increased their brand equity from his professionally designed websites.
Allan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Lyceum Northwestern University, Philippines.
